Mostly written as Pac Choi/ Choy for its mild flavor which is good for stir-fries, braising, and soups. You can also eat it raw in a salad with Asian dressing based on low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil! Cut the base off and wash each stalk well before using. Store Pak/Bok Choi/Choy in the fridge for up to a week. Suitable for home freezing.
