Mizuna Leaf, Japanese Mustard Green
Mizuna Leaf, Japanese Mustard Green
Piquant, mild peppery flavor...slightly spicy. Used in a Japanese soup called nabemono.. Both leaves and stalks are edible. Can also be stir fried, pickled, and eaten in salads.
